The owners' passion shines through in every detail of Avocado Villa, a beautifully decorated retreat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the heart of the villa, you'll find an inviting infinity pool offering breathtaking panoramic views, alongside a shaded outdoor dining area—everything you and your guests could wish for in a luxurious holiday setting. Avocado Villa is the perfect spot for holidays, family gatherings, and special occasions.
This elegant villa has become a fashionable destination for a discerning celebrity clientele. Just a two-minute stroll from the sea, it stands out among the local villas. Nestled amidst olive and avocado trees, this charming stone villa offers an idyllic escape from the stresses of everyday life.
No houses blocking the view here! At our villa, you’ll enjoy an uninterrupted, full on sea view, because who wants to stare at rooftops on holiday? And the best part? The sea is just a few steps away, so you can actually enjoy it up close, not just from your window.
Many villas don’t bother with a large garden, but ours? Well, we do things differently! Enjoy your holiday surrounded by lush avocado and olive trees—because why settle for less? And while you're at it, don’t forget to whip up a cocktail at the garden bar. After all, isn’t that what holidays are really about?
Crystal Clear Water – Our pool is cleaned using the latest in modern technology: a saltwater electrolysis system. Say goodbye to the joys of chlorine-induced allergies and stinging eyes. Yes, we’re thinking of your health, so you can actually enjoy your swim without feeling like you’ve just been dunked in chemicals.
Avocado Villa is tucked away in Kalkan Kisla Bay, just a leisurely two-minute stroll to the beach—because who wouldn’t want the sea practically on their doorstep? Whether you fancy watching the sunsets from the terrace, relaxing by the pool, or taking a dip, the villa’s proximity to the water is just one of the many reasons we stand out from the crowd. With top attractions like Kaputas Beach, Patara Beach, and Saklikent Canyon close by, and restaurants and shops within easy reach, you’ll never be short of things to do—unless, of course, your plan is to do absolutely nothing. We’re confident that once you’ve stayed at Avocado Villa, you’ll be head over heels and start booking your next stay before you even leave. After all, "quality over quantity" is what we’re all about.
Oh, and don’t worry about renting a car unless you’re itching to show off your parallel parking skills. Taxi fares from Kalkan to the villa are perfectly reasonable. Of course, if you must rent a car, there’s a parking space waiting for you right in front of the villa. Need something else? We’re just an email away, unless you prefer sending a pigeon.

Nestled along Turkey’s breathtaking Turquoise Coast, Kalkan beckons with its timeless charm and undeniable allure. Once a humble fishing village, Kalkan now entices visitors with its postcard-perfect harbour, whitewashed houses cascading down the hillside, and its oh-so-charming narrow cobblestone streets lined with boutique shops and irresistible eateries. And if you're into ancient history (or just need a good excuse to escape the shops), you'll find plenty to marvel at, with Lycian ruins and tombs carved into the cliffsides—a nice touch of antiquity to go with your modern-day sunbathing.
Of course, Kalkan’s charm doesn’t stop at its quaint streets. The area is dotted with beach clubs, offering crystal-clear waters for swimming, lounging, and the obligatory Instagram snap. Whether you’re content to stretch out on sun-drenched decks or fancy yourself an amateur marine biologist with a snorkel, Kalkan’s beach clubs have you covered.
And let’s not forget Kalkan’s laid-back vibe—bougainvillaea-draped houses, an ancient amphitheatre for those who like their culture with a view, and a lively weekly market where locals and tourists mingle over fresh produce and holiday souvenirs (because who doesn’t need another woven basket?).
One of my personal favourites is Patara Beach, a mere 18-kilometre stretch of golden sand and rolling dunes. Watching the sunset there is nothing short of magical—cue the obligatory hues of orange and pink, bathing the ancient ruins in a golden glow as the sun sinks below the horizon. Yes, it’s as stunning as it sounds.
So, whether you’re after a dose of history, a lazy beach day, or just the chance to say you’ve been somewhere "undiscovered" (but not really), Kalkan promises an unforgettable escape along Turkey’s Mediterranean coastline.
